| dc.description.abstract | ازمایش تخم پس از تکمیل پروسه نمونه گیری بلافاصله اغاز میگردد. نمونه رسمی به اداره تصدیق دهی تخم افغانستان بخاطر تجزیه توسط مامورین رسمی یا باصلاحیت به ایشان تسلیم میگردد. نمونه تسلیم شده بخاطر نمونه کاری به حصه های کوچک تقسیم میشود (نمونه ایکه توسط آن ازمایش حقیقی صورت میگیرد). اندازه نمونه کاری نظر به انواع تخم و اقسام ازمایش تفاوت میکند. مامور آزمایش تخم خالصیت فزیکی، زنده بودن، صحت تخم و فیصدی جوانه زدن نمونه را تشخیص مینماید. پروسیجر های مشخص برای ازمایشات مختلف در این نشریه تشریح گردیده است. | en_US |
