This document is designed to give a brief introduction to Online Survey tools. These Online surveys allow individuals and organizations to collect data and feedback on various topics from an audience. The surveys may consist of different types of questions, they can be distributed to potential respondents through various channels and they facilitate review and analysis of the results. Online survey tools are web-based tools in which surveys are drafted, edited, shared and responses are gathered through a website, without the necessity of downloading software. Generally, these tools are utilized for collecting data for research purposes and gathering up the feedback of customers and employees, while complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and protecting personal data of the respondents through communicating the data storage policy and how the data will be used.
