dc.description.abstractThere is a high demand for potatoes in Odisha. But Odisha is depending upon its neighboring States for potato due to the lack of potato cultivation. "Pragati" Koraput has proved that, Odisha can be made self-sufficient in potato cultivation. With 1,155 farmers, it has been successful in cultivating monsoon potatoes on nearly 1,200 acres of farmland, boosting farmers' morale. This is an example in Odisha.en_US
