| dc.description.abstract | The data dictionary is composed of three files in CSV format, containing three different levels of dataset information. All combined these elements can be referred to as the dataset “metadata”: - Data Dictionary — Introduction: Where introductory and background explanatory information is reported. - Data Dictionary — Elements Descriptions: Where the datasets fields (variables/columns) are listed with their related information. - Data Dictionary — Unique Identifier: Where the dataset elements, terms, and concepts are identified and clarified by reference links to the online resources (e.g. multilingual thesauri, glossaries, catalogs).
