| dc.description.abstract | Technical Bulletin on زراعة القرفالة / Vetch (Vicia spp.) Cultivation in Tunisia القرفالة نوع نباتي حولي علفي/ رعوي/حبي ينتمي إلى فصيلة البقوليات. تعتبر القرفالة نوعا نباتيا عشبيا كثير الإنتشار في تونس من الشمال إلى الجنوب، جد متأقلم مع المناخ المتوسطي و مع نوعيات مختلفة من التربة. تعتبر أيضا نبتة علفية متعددة الإستعمالات حيث يمكن زراعتها لإنتاج الحبوب، أو العلف الأخضر، أو الدريس، أو الرعي في طور نباتي مبكر أو في فصل الربيع أو حتى خلال الفترة الصيفية في شكل علف جاف. تستعمل كذلك كزراعة كسائية أو كسماد أخضر و تعرف بأثرها الإيجابي على الحبوب كسابق زراعي بفضل قدرتها على التثبيت الأزوتي الفعال في التربة و كقاطعة لدورة الأمراض الفطرية و الآفات التي تصيب الحبوب. من ناحية القيمة الغذائية، فإن القرفالة تنتج علفا عالي الجودة طوال حياة النبتة ، غني بالبروتين و الطاقة و ضعيف المحتوى من الألياف مما يجعل منه علفا خشنا متميزا للمجترات | en_US |
