dc.description.abstractA training course on “Scientific Management of Field Experiments” was organized by ICARDA on 3-6 September, 2014 at Conference Hall of “Tashkent –Asia” hotel, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The purpose of the course was to familiarize young researchers with principles and practices involved in designing, managing and data collection of field crop experiments to help to young research in managing and conducting experiments. This training was organized within the framework of the project CRP Dry Land System Twenty two young researchers participated in the training course. The course was delivered through lectures using handouts, power point presentations, online resources and practical exercises. The expertise of a number subject matter present by specialists from ICARDA, AVRDC and CIP utilized in effective delivery of the course contents.en_US
