One hundred fifty four B-lines were screened against six pathotypes- Sg 139, Sg 150, Sg 200, Sg 212, Sg 298 and Sg 610 under greenhouse conditions. The experiment was conducted in CRD with two replicates; one pot/replicate. Pot-grown seedlings of pearl millet lines were spray-inoculated at the coleoptile stage with sporangia of test isolates. Similarly, 216 R-lines were also screened against these pathotypes. For blast resistance, 100 biofortfied B-lines from Harvest+ were evaluated against three pathotypes, Pg 45, Pg 186 and Pg 138, under greenhouse conditions. The screening was conducted in a CRD with three replications, 1 pot/replication along with a susceptible check ICMB 95444.en_US
