dc.description.abstractsubset of 200 genotypes, and a total of 123 lines (RILs) have been derived from cross between ILC01302 x ILC10722 have been screened for salinity tolerance. The field experiment was carried out with two replications using Alpha Lattice design. The hydroponic experiment using Hoagland solution was applied at 100 mM NaCl salt concertation and under the greenhouse condition, where the ambient light in the greenhouse was supplemented by high-pressure sodium light for 14 h/day and the temperature was maintained at approximately 25 ± 2 C.en_US
