dc.description.abstractتستهلك ثـمار النخيل في الأطوار الثلاثة الأخيرة من النضج وهي البسر و الرطب و التمر، وقد تتم عملية إنضاج الثمار (تجفيفها) إلى مرحلة التمر على النخيل كما في حالة الفرض، أما في أغلب الأصناف الأخرى مثل النغال والخلاص فتتم عملية إنضاج الثمار بقطفها وتجفيفها على الأسطح. تؤدي هذه الطريقة إلى تلف قسم من المحصول نتيجة لتعرضه للعوامل الجوية و الإصابة بالحشرات و الطيور.en_US
