dc.description.abstractNatural resources degradation of Kyrgyzstan is characterized by high instability of the ecosystems, which is explained by above mentioned geographical and climate peculiarities of each area and excessive and inappropriate exploitation of fragile natural base. Main process of land degradation taking place in Kyrgyzstan were specified in National Framework Program and includes soil erosion (wind, water and pasture erosion), salinization, flooding and water logging, chemical contamination and vegetation reduction.en_US
