dc.description.abstractAgar tests with different media and freezing blotter tests were compared for testing lentil, chickpea, and barley seed for Fusarium spp. Recovery of Fusarium spp. from all crops tested was highest by the freezing method. Also, a higher percentage of Helminthosporium spp. was detected in barley by this method. In view of this, and the cost advantages, the freezing method can be recommended over the agar test. Linsen-, Kichererbsen- und Gerstensaatgut wurde mit verschiedenen Methoden auf Befall mit Fusarium spp. getestet. Zur Anwendung kamen die Fließpapier-Gefriermethode sowie verschiedene Agarnährboden. Mit der Fließpapier-Gefriermethode wurde in allen untersuchten Saatgutarten ein höherer Prozentsatz an Fusarium spp. nachgewiesen. Das gleiche gilt für Helminthosporium spp. in Gerste. Die Fließpapier-Gefriermethode, die zudem auch kostengünstiger ist, wird daher empfohlen.en_US
