Abstract
The project Use of conservation agriculture in crop-livestock systems (CLCA) in the drylands for enhanced water use efficiency, soil fertility and productivity in NEN and LAC countries is financed by IFAD and implemented by ICARDA (lead) and CIMMYT in North Africa and Latin America. This report covers the second year of activities of CIMMYT implemented in Latin America. The project has two major components, the first one is about finding a suitable Conservation Agriculture solution for mixed croplivestock systems, and the second is about the knowledge management and scaling around those
innovations.
