Abstract
At ICARDA, 1992 was a year of review, self-searching and planning for the future, which culminated
in the preparation of a Medium-term Plan for the period 1994-98. The Plan was developed in
the context of major developments in ICARDA's external environment, which could have far-reaching
implications for the Center and its work.
