dc.description.abstractThe entrepreneurship skills development training is meant to cultivate future entrepreneurs and develop capacities of existing entrepreneurs to grow their business to greater levels of success. Through support from ICARDA’s TAAT project, 27 participants from six different partner institutions attended a training in Entrepreneurship Skills Development at Debre Birhan, Ethiopia,.. The training was supported by audio-visual, games, and practical exercise and actives. The overall objective of the training was to help participants develop entrepreneurial skills to support youth groups in their localities to enhance creativity, innovation and self-employment so as to improve their business performance and engage in profitable ventures.en_US
