There are a number of approaches to integrating gender in experimental auction designs. The most suitable approach will largely depend on the research questions of interest. The objective of these guidelines is not to provide an exhaustive list of the ways of integrating gender but to provide examples on how gender issues are often integrated in studies on willingness to pay (WTP), and with that to stimulate awareness about critical gender relevant questions and issues to be considered in future such studies.en_US
