SKiM - M&E and Progression

Abstract

The M&E plan is built to address the following: 1. Provides project stakeholders- an overview of the design and implementation of M&E processes in the context of the project’s Results-Based Logical Framework, as well as the strategic frameworks of ICARDA, CGIAR, and IFAD. 2. And explains how the indicators will be measured, how data is collected, and the associated knowledge management strategies for data treatment. 3. Details the iterative processes of reflection, learning and adaptation in order to continually improve M&E measures in the context of the project’s objectives. 4. To explain the monitoring processes, outlining the roles and responsibilities of key personnel and the organizational structure for reporting. 5. To integrate M&E measures into project annual planning and to get better feedback, concluding in action points for follow-up.
