dc.description.abstract | To perform the haplotype analysis of target candidate genes, available re-sequenced data of 292 lines of reference set was aligned to the reference pigeonpea genome (Varshney et al. 2012) using bwa aligner. Picard and GATK will be used for the post processing of the alignment files. Samtools will be used for variant calling. | en_US |
