dc.description.abstractThis manual can serve as the theoretical and practical guide on GMO detection for the Arab countries. The manual could be a reference in GMO detection to strengthening the regional capacities in GMOs detection and will support the Arab countries in the implementation of national Biosafety regulations under the Convention of Biological Diversity. یخدم هذا المرجع كدلیل أساسي نظري وعملي في الكشف عن المواد المعدلة وراثیاً للمعنیین في البلدان العربیة، حیث یعتبر الأول من نوعه باللغة العربیة. یمكن أن یكون هذا الدلیل أیضاً مرجعاً للكشف عن المواد المعدلة وراثیاً یساهم في تقویة وتعزیز قدرا ت الهیئات التشریعیة الحكومیة والمعاهد ووزارات الزراعة والمخابر المخصصة للكشف عن المواد المعدلة وراثیاً في الدول العربیة، كما وسیمكن من إنشاء نظام تعاون إقلیمي واتصالات مستدامة بین المعنیین في الدول المختلفة في الكشف عن المواد المعدلة وراثیاً. كما ویساهم هذا المرجع بمساعدة البلدان العربیة في تطبیق قوانین الأمان الحیوي الوطنیة تحت مظلة اتفاقیة التنوع الحیوي حیث یعتبر الكشف عن المواد المعدلة وراثیاً المفتاح الأساس وشرط رئیسي لتنفیذ ومراقبة تشریعات وقوانین الأمان الحیويen_US
