Field trials were conducted at two locations (Darien and Popayan) in Colombia. Measurements included visual evaluation of root nodulation, 15N natural abundance (δ15N) in shoot tissue and seed, %N derived from the atmosphere (%Ndfa), total Ndfa (TNdfa), canopy biomass, total N uptake, N use efficiency (kg of seed produced per kg of N uptake in shoot biomass), N partitioning index (% of total N partitioned to seed) and pod harvest index (% of seed weight to pod weight).DOCXCC-BY-4.0ReportOpen access
