Impact in agricultural research is strictly related to the data flow quality within research for development institutions. Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (or Development Outcomes) is the final stage of the Impact Pathway adopted by the CGIAR, a multi-step strategy that has data management at its core. To answer the need for findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable data within the Consortium, the online platform Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) has been developed and implemented in 2015, in full compliance with the CGIAR Open Access and Data Management Policy of 2013.en_US
